Extend the enjoyment of your pool with a thermostatically-controlled pool heater from Aero. We manufacture two models of efficient, oil-fired swimming pool heaters. The PH-600, firing from 1.0 to 1.50 gph, is capable of heating swimming pools up to 33,000 gallons. The PH-1200, firing from 1.75 to 2.50 gph, can heat pools up to 65,000 gallons. And, by twinning or tripling this unit, even larger pools can be heated.

Our pool heaters are made from thick steel plate and are galvanized inside and out. They are equipped with Aero's industry leading flame retention oil burners, for efficient, trouble-free operation. They come complete with a dual aquastat with a capillary to sense the incoming water temperature from the pool. They also have a steel casing and a pressure relief valve.
Our pool heaters require a chimney, and must be installed under shelter for
protection from the elements (not necessarily in a heated room). The compact
design allows installation in basements, furnace rooms, garages or cabanas,
and the flue passages are specially designed for low stack temperatures and
easy servicing.
Heat Exchanger
Thick steel boiler plate ensures safe operation, long life and fast heat transfer.
Galvanized surfaces minimize the effects of corrosion from chemical-laden water.
Combustion Chamber
Specially molded ceramic fibre increases flame efficiency with our burner system.
Oil Burner
The flame retention oil burner means increased fuel efficiency and cost-savings.
burner design and extra insulation make operation as quiet as a whisper. Combustion
relay and flame detector controls are wired on the burner for extra safety and
ease of installation.
Controls
The special Aero sensing bulb and high limit safety control provide an extra
margin of safety with thermostatic control. A pressure relief valve, draft regulator,
and drain valve are standard equipment on these pool heaters.
Installation
Pool heaters must be installed on a non-combustible surface according to our
service and installation manual.
Maintenance
Winterization involves draining the unit and providing a cover. Pool heaters
must be maintained as specified in our service manual.
Warranty
A full one-year warranty is provided for the complete heater system. A limited
five-year warranty is provided for the heat exchanger. Contact us for complete
details.
