Built for warmth, clean air and comfort ... known for dependability.
Aero produces a complete line of efficient, flame retention oil burners the F-AFC, HF-AFC, HF-US, SV, SSV, E-HS and G-HS. Our most popular oil burner is the F-AFC. It can fire from 0.50 to 2.75 gph. Not only is this a very efficient oil burner, but it is also quiet because of the low speed motor. The F-AFC can be supplied with either a mini or a large J fuel pump. Our F-AFC oil burner and five others were tested by an independent, unbiased testing organization. Our F-AFC was rated the most efficient oil burner at 86 percent.
Today's new design, high efficiency furnaces and boilers are much tighter. This requires that oil burners must be able to fire against higher static pressures. Our SV and SSV burners have been designed to fire against static pressures up to a +3.5 inches of water column. We have modified the internal venturi to achieve firing against high positive static pressures. The SV and SSV burners have a 1/7 hp, 3450 rpm motor and can fire from 0.50 to 2.50 gph. The SV burner should be used in equipment with combustion chambers and the SSV burner in wet base boilers or equipment without combustion chambers.
For standard draft situations, our HF-US and HF-AFC oil burners should be used. These burners are exactly the same as our F-AFC expect for the motor. The HF-US has a 1/7 hp, 3450 rpm motor and can fire from .65 to 1.75 gph. The HF-AFC has a 1/3 hp, 3450 rpm motor and can fire from .75 to 5.0 gph.

Domestic Burner With Optional Air Inlet Box
Commercial Burner With Heavy Duty Motor and 2-Stage
Fuel Pump
All our burners come with a relay and cad cell and single stage, mini fuel pump or with an optional two stage pump. A delayed oil valve and a preheater are also optional and can be mounted on our burners. Air tube lengths are available from two inches to sixteen inches. We offer three types of mounting: exact air tube length, adjustable flange and base mounting.
For higher firing rates we can supply our E-HS and G-HS oil burners. The E-HS fires from 5.50 to 9.0 gph, while the G-HS fires from 10.0 to 15.0 gph. Our oil burners are certified by the Canadian Standards Association in Canada and listed by Underwriters' Laboratories in the United States. We also have State approvals in Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut and the City of New York.
1. Electrode Assembly is easily serviced or replaced
through extra large transformer opening.
2. Turbo-static Disk exclusive design starts primary air turbulence which results in better mixing, a hotter flame and better combustion.
3. Recessed, Glazed Porcelain Electrodes eliminate dialectic creepage, are easily cleaned, won't absorb soot; tips are stainless steel.
4. Quiet, Extra Large Fan is heavy duty, more efficient, provides proper air flow at all firing rates, and a better control of draft variations.
5. Venturi-Design Air Inlet compresses air for high velocity. Its unique design is so efficient that dampers are not necessary because air loss is negligible.
6. One-piece Air Band permits precise and rapid air adjustment.
7. Die-cast Housing provides positive alignment for longer pump and motor life. Large size for easy servicing and greater air volume.
8. End Cone (pictured , left) is high-grade stainless steel with specially
designed air vents for superior air direction control. Its high secondary turbulence
creates perfect air/oil mixing.
9. Three Mounting Options: Pedestal/base for air tubes 10" and more, adjustable flange, and a direct mounting flange where air tube or insertion length is specified.
10. Quiet Motor means longer life and smoother operation.
